“Choosing a roofing contractor is not an easy task, and after hearing endless horror stories from colleagues I did HEAVY research before I decided upon Carroll Bradford. We worked with Shane and had a quote the same day. We received a few other quotes, and were a bit nervous that Carroll Bradford's was so much lower - for the same exact product, warranty, everything - but went with them based on the dozens of positive reviews. I'm glad we did. There were a few bumps in the road, which is why I didn't give 5 stars (it took a few extra weeks when the paperwork we sent went missing; an unexpected rainstorm extended our 1-1/2 day installation to 3 days, but after the first day we were not kept informed of when they were coming back; the amount of nails and shingles that were left in my yard ended up taking 2 weekends to clean up) but at the end of the day the cost, installation time and quality of the work made the little headaches worth it. A re-roof is a huge project, and a major investment for anyone, and all in all it was a pretty good experience. I LOVE our new roof and am finally not worried about it for the next hurricane season.”
